Mr. Ishmael Semenya

Mr. Ishmael Semenya is a qualified environmentalist and a registered professional scientist with extensive experience in managing complex environmental projects. As the co-founder of Biotech World (Pty) Ltd, he has been instrumental in developing biotechnological solutions focused on bioremediation of petroleum hydrocarbons and other environmental challenges.
His career spans leading specialized projects in South Africa and the Middle East, with a primary focus on integrating scientific expertise into effective environmental management strategies. Currently, Mr. Semenya serves as a full-time director at EnviroXcellence Services (Pty) Ltd, a role he has held since its establishment in 1998.
In addition to his leadership roles, Mr. Semenya frequently contributes his expertise to key national discussions, including participation as a panellist at the ANC’s Limpopo Economic Transformation Summits, where he provides insights on economic transformation and business participation.

Rorisang Semenya brings over seven years of experience in the FMCG sector. His previous roles at South African Breweries (now AB-InBev), The Really Great Brands Company (RGBC), and Pernod Ricard South Africa (PRSA) underline his deep commercial expertise.

Ms. Ncikazi Kabi serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Chemical Industries SETA (CHIETA) and brings over a decade of expertise in financial management, external auditing, and risk and compliance management. Her contributions have spanned the private sector and multiple levels of government.
